FOR CLIENTS

It is summarized into 3 stages: Accreditation, Recruitment, & Deployment.

This is initiated by  Petro-Fil and Client Principal / Employer.entering into a Recruitment Agreement.

Is the process wherein the Department of Migrant Workers thru the Migrant Workers Office the department's operating arm in the Host Country, ensures the welfare of the Overseas Filipino Worker by verifying the job order and other employment related documents.

After the Employer is accredited and the job order is approved, Petro-Fil begins recruitment on behalf of the Client Employer. Candidate Workers are sourced and selected based on the qualifications set by the Client.

After Candidate Workers pass the interview, background check, language test, trade test, fit to work, pre departure orientation and Exit Clearance. Worker is now deployed to country site of employment. During the duration of the employment contract, Petro-Fil monitors the status of the worker ensuring their welfare and well-being.

The documents below must be submitted to the MWO Office that has jurisdiction over the Site of Employment.

3) COMPANY TRADE/BUSINESS LICENSE

4) DMW LICENSE OF PRA (PHILIPPINE RECRUITMENT AGENCY)

5) SIGNATORIES' PASSPORT

6) MASTER EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

7) JOINT UNDERTAKING

8) COMPANY PICTURES

9) ** Other requirements vary and may be requested by MWO having jurisdiction in Country of deployment.

These are the fees charged against the employer. This is based on 2023 DMW RR. Rule V Sec. 58

a) Visa, including the stamping fee;

b) Work permit and residence permit;

c) Round Trip Airfare;

d) Transportation from the airport and to the jobsite;

e) DMW processing fee;

f) OWWA membership fee; and

g) Additional trade test / assessment if required.
